Build Texas Team

Build Texas Team is a mortgage lending team within LoanPeople, led by senior loan officer Randi Davis and Stephanie Morgan, that provides home loans for properties anywhere in Texas. The team focuses on build-on-your-own-lot transactions, with conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans, and also works on ag-exempt properties, investor and jumbo financing.

The lending process runs in-house from application through funding, and a single loan officer stays with each borrower from application to closing.
