Blue Owl Brewing

Blue Owl Brewing is a craft brewery in East Austin known for its sours, brewed with a house-grown culture the brewery has raised itself. The lineup also includes Bob's Fine Beers, a line of traditional styles such as pilsner, porter and IPA, along with seasonal fruited sours released through the year. The brewery has been operating since 2015.

The tasting room serves draft pours, traditional flights and beer to go, and the brewery also hosts private events. Brothers Tony and Ian Norris own the brewery with co-owner and executive brewer Jeff Young. Visitors can expect a casual space where it's easy to settle in with friends or ask the staff about how the beer is made.
