AMLI South Shore

AMLI South Shore is an apartment community on Lady Bird Lake in East Riverside, offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, including townhomes with direct lake access and rooftop decks. Interiors feature quartz countertops and spa-style bathrooms with soaking tubs, and the community has two courtyard swimming pools and a half-acre dog park.

Residents get direct access to the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail, and the community includes a coworking space, business center and coffee bar. Patio dining at 1618 Asian Fusion is on site, and the complex sits about five minutes from Downtown Austin with CapMetro bus stops nearby. Parking is free in the garage without a reserved space, and renters must carry at least $300,000 in liability coverage. Pets are welcome, with breed restrictions and a two-pet limit.
