The Hollingsworth Law Firm

The Hollingsworth Law Firm is a general practice law office that has been in practice since May of 1979. The firm handles residential and commercial real estate closings, criminal, traffic and DUI defense, divorce, custody and child support, estate planning, probate and elder law, personal and work-related injury matters, and bankruptcy. It also helps business clients form partnerships, corporations, LLCs and homeowner associations, and takes on general litigation, account collections and contract matters.

The firm has offices in Aurora and Oswego, Illinois, and practices in the circuit courts of Kane, Kendall, DuPage, DeKalb and Will counties, as well as in the Illinois Appellate and Supreme Courts when needed. The Aurora office is at North Farnsworth Avenue, and the office is open weekdays during business hours, closed on weekends. New and existing clients are welcome.
