American Driving Academy

American Driving Academy is a Colorado driving school that teaches driver's education courses, permit and license testing, and two-hour behind-the-wheel lessons for teens and adults. The school offers its 30-hour course both in person and online, a 4-hour class for ages 18 to 20, and practice tests for the permit and drive test. Classes and testing are offered in Spanish as well.

The school has been family owned since 1999 and operates multiple Colorado offices, including one in Aurora. Lessons are taught in dual-controlled cars with state-certified instructors, and classes run seven days a week, including after school and on weekends. Students can retake their course at no charge as a refresher. Drive tests are offered at testing sites across the state.
