Sadler Homes

Sadler Homes is a family-owned custom home builder in Central Florida, run by husband-and-wife team Danny and Niki Sadler. Danny brings more than twenty years of construction experience and handles the building, while Niki leads design, selections and 3D renderings. The company builds a limited number of homes each year so the owners can stay hands-on through every stage.

The process starts with a phone call, followed by a meeting at the office to review the plan and a written proposal with clear numbers. Clients can also build on land they already own in Polk County. Sadler Homes has received several Parade of Homes and Polk County Builders Association awards, and the owners work directly with clients from the first conversation through the final walk-through. The office is at 221 Palmetto St. in Auburndale.
