Family-owned painters with a 5-year guarantee820 15th St NE Apt #A, Auburn, WA
Evergreen Pro Painting 1 is a family-owned painting contractor that handles interior, exterior, cabinet and commercial painting. Its work includes surface preparation, color consultation and lead-safe painting practices, and the company offers a 5-year guarantee on its projects. The team is led by president Javier Pena, who founded the business in 2020.
The company starts with a free consultation and estimate, then provides a written proposal covering costs, timeline and the guarantee. Crews work around business schedules for commercial jobs, and homeowners can spread the cost of larger projects through a financing partner. The business serves Federal Way, Newcastle, Maple Valley and Auburn, where its office is located at 15th Street NE in Auburn.
