Coastal Defense Maine

Coastal Defense Maine is a firearm store in Auburn that sells guns and equipment, along with a changing mix of limited edition and seasonal merchandise. The shop makes custom kydex and leather holsters on site, including inside and outside the waistband styles that fit pistols with a light or red dot sight. Most holsters are ready the same day. The store's longtime gunsmith has retired from gunsmithing.

Holster prices start at $75 for either style, not counting add-ons such as paddles, leather belt loops or fast clips. Background checks are handled in the store and must be started half an hour before closing each day. The shop is open most weekdays and Saturdays and closed on Sundays.
