REALTOR Association of Central Massachusetts

The REALTOR Association of Central Massachusetts is a professional association for real estate professionals serving the Greater Worcester and Central Massachusetts areas, a role it has held since 1923. It assists over 2,000 members who work as brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, and counselors across residential and commercial real estate. The association offers education, continuing education credits, legal help, and local events for members.

Members can take courses at the RACM Classroom in Auburn, including a Thursday morning foundational series and Code of Ethics training. Members can also use the legal hotline, a members-only property data tool, and a new fraud-screening tool called FOREWARN. The association sits at 492 Washington St in Auburn, and its office phone is listed on its site for those who want to reach staff.
