Roni’s Mac Bar

Roni's Mac Bar serves build-your-own mac and cheese. Guests pick a base of house-made cheese sauce, a protein, unlimited veggies and a finishing drizzle, or choose a signature bowl such as the Buffalo Chicken, Chicken Bacon Ranch, Texas BBQ with smoked brisket and pulled pork, or Philly Cheesesteak. Baked potato entrees and kids' mac and grilled cheese round out the menu.

The Auburn location is on North College Street and takes orders online through the Order Now button. The shop also caters weddings, corporate events, birthday parties and baby showers. It is open late on weekends, until 2 AM Friday and Saturday nights.
