Spectrum Heat & Air

Spectrum Heat & Air is an HVAC company serving residential and commercial properties across the DFW Metroplex. Its work covers commercial HVAC, maintenance and service, chillers, rooftop units, cooling towers, variable air volume systems and residential air conditioning. The company was founded in 2011 by Brad Bates, and Kenny Williams joined as a partner in 2014.

The company emphasizes education and transparent pricing over sales pressure, and it offers financing subject to credit approval. Beyond HVAC, it also handles general contracting for multi-tenant and multifamily projects, HOA privacy wall masonry and large hardscaping jobs for property owners and managers. Customers can call to set up a maintenance program, and the office is in Aubrey.
