Spondivits

Spondivits has been serving casual seafood since 1979. Its best-known dishes are the fried seafood, battered to order in the chef's own blend, and steamed seafood served in buckets with garlic butter. The menu also covers award-winning clam chowder, Buffalo chicken wings, burgers, po-boys, crab cakes and salads.

Spondivits does not take reservations, and seating is first come, first served. The full bar offers signature drinks, a wine list, 16 draft beers and 100 shooters, and the kitchen stays open until 4 a.m. every day. Catering is available for private events. The restaurant is on Virginia Avenue.
