RED BELT Home Inspections

RED BELT Home Inspections is a boutique home inspection company run by owner and inspector Clinton Ashley, who answers the phone, schedules each inspection, walks the house, and writes the report himself. Core work covers buyer inspections, seller and pre-listing inspections, and new construction inspections for homes that are still under builder warranty. Radon testing uses a continuous monitor that records hourly readings over 48 hours, and drone roof inspections and FLIR thermal imaging are included in the work.

The company serves Roswell and the surrounding metro Atlanta area, including Alpharetta, Marietta, Johns Creek, Sandy Springs and many other suburbs. Clients can book online or call the office directly, and the full narrative report with photos is typically delivered the same day. Because the same inspector handles every step, clients can call with questions about the report after the inspection.
