Pelorus

Pelorus is a home and commercial inspection firm founded in 2020 by inspectors Roland LeClaire and Adam Goldner. Its core work is residential and commercial property inspections, using infrared and drone tools to look for defects. It also offers environmental testing for radon, mold, asbestos and allergens, pest and termite evaluations, sewer scopes and stucco inspections.

Inspectors hold ASHI, NRPP and NHIE certifications, and reports include photos and plain explanations, usually delivered within 24 hours. The team serves buyers, sellers and commercial clients across the Atlanta metro area. The office is on Mural Drive in Chamblee.
