Cinnaholic is a bakery built around create-your-own cinnamon rolls. Each roll is scratch-made and 100% plant-based, and guests pick from more than 20 frostings, such as cream cheese, chai and peanut butter, along with a long list of toppings. Signature rolls include the Cookie Monster, topped with cookie dough and chocolate sauce, and the Campfire S'mores. The menu also includes fudgy brownies, chocolate chip and Cinnadoodle cookies, bite-sized Baby Buns and edible cookie dough.

Guests can stop by a location or order online for delivery. Cookie cakes and Cinnacakes need advance notice, and the bakery caters events from office meetings to weddings. Gift cards are available. The brand was pitched on ABC's Shark Tank and now operates as a franchise with more than one hundred locations across the U.S. and Canada, with its franchising office in Atlanta.
