Atlanta Security Screens

Atlanta Security Screens makes custom security screens and security doors from tough stainless steel mesh, fitted to windows, exterior doors and patio sliders and color-matched to the house as an alternative to burglar bars. The screens carry a hurricane Category 4 rating for flying debris, and the company also installs commercial screens. Its guarantee promises that if an intruder gets through a screen, the company replaces it and covers up to $3,000 of the homeowner's insurance deductible.

Free estimates are offered, and the company lists 24/7 service. Each screen has an ADA-compliant egress latch that an adult or child can open quickly in an emergency, which burglar bars cannot offer. The screens are also said to cut heat passing through windows and doors by up to 53 percent and keep out flies and mosquitoes. The listed office is on Chattahoochee Avenue in Atlanta.
