Botanicon Inc.

Botanicon is a horticultural consulting and management firm that works with property owners, HOA boards, wineries, and developers on landscaped sites. Its core work is independent third-party oversight: site inspections, quality assurance scoring, contractor bid and warranty review, and checking landscape work before payments are released. The firm also offers fine gardening for private estates, including soil health care, seasonal pruning, and kitchen gardens, plus smart irrigation tuning and water rebate paperwork.

Work usually starts with a site visit or a phone consultation to review landscape contracts and existing conditions. Services are offered across San Luis Obispo and the Central Coast. The office is at 8150 Santa Rosa Road in Atascadero. Principal consultant Tiffany Faulstich holds a state C-27 landscape contractor license and several horticultural certifications, including ISA arborist and QWEL credentials.
