Evolve Air Systems

Evolve Air Systems is an HVAC equipment manufacturer that designs air handlers and coil products for heating and cooling contractors. Its best-known line is the Evolution Series, a one-piece cylindrical air handler with fewer solder points and no square-to-round transitions, designed to reduce installation time. The company was founded in 2020 by an HVAC technician who had spent years working in attics and crawl spaces.

Evolve sells to HVAC companies and distributors rather than directly to homeowners, so most homeowners would reach the equipment through their installing contractor. The office is in Ashland, Virginia, on Hopson Road. Contractors interested in carrying the equipment can call the office or apply to become a distributor.
