Center of the Universe Brewing Company

Center of the Universe Brewing Company is a craft brewery in Ashland, Virginia, founded in 2011 by brothers Chris and Phil Ray. The brewery focuses on ales and lagers across a rotating lineup, with a core year-round beer called Brewski, a Pocahoptas West Coast-style IPA, and a series of seasonal releases that includes Oktoberfest, a black lager, and a monthly release calendar. Several of its beers have won medals at Virginia Craft Brewers Cup and World Beer Cup competitions.

The taproom hosts recurring events such as Trivia and Tacos on Thursdays, Bingo and Brunch on Sundays, and Friday Fiestas with live music. The brewery sits on Air Park Road in Ashland, a small suburban town north of Richmond, and it also sells beer through distributors.
