Retina & Vitreous Center

Retina & Vitreous Center, PC is a retina practice that treats disorders of the retina, vitreous and macula, including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal tears and detachments, and flashes and floaters. Its services include diagnostic imaging, in-office procedures, vitreo-retinal surgery, and photobiomodulation (light therapy) for dry AMD. The practice was founded in 1992 and was the first retina practice in Southern Oregon.

Three board-certified vitreoretinal specialists work at the practice, which also runs its own Macular Research Institute and offers clinical trials in macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. The Ashland office is at 246 Catalina Drive, with additional locations in Medford and Grants Pass. Office hours are weekdays, and one of the doctors is on call by phone around the clock for vision emergencies.
