John L. Scott Real Estate is a residential brokerage that traces back to 1931, when John L. Scott started the company in Seattle. Its Ashland office helps people buy and sell homes across Southern Oregon and also handles relocation for families moving into the area. The company now has more than 100 offices and about 3,000 agents across Washington, Oregon, Idaho and California, and it is led by John L. Scott's grandson, J. Lennox Scott.
