GAPCo

GAPCo, the Great American Pizza Company, is a pizza restaurant in Ashland, Oregon that has been making handmade pizza since 1990. Its sourdough crust, ranch dressing and marinara are made fresh each day, and the menu runs from named combination pizzas in 8, 10, 12 and 16 inch sizes to calzones, slices, design-your-own sandwiches and appetizers. Weekday specials rotate by day, and a 10 inch gluten-free cauliflower crust or a vegan cheese option is available for an extra charge.

You can dine in, order takeout or have pizza delivered across the Ashland area, from Emigrant Lake in the south to Jackson Wellsprings in the north. Large groups are welcome with a call a day or two ahead, and the drivers will meet groups at local parks. The restaurant sits at 1448 Ashland Street, across from Southern Oregon University, and has outdoor seating when the weather allows. It is open late on weekends.
