Appalachian Restoration and Cleaning

Appalachian Restoration and Cleaning handles water, flood, smoke and soot, and mold damage for homes and offices, and also runs a commercial cleaning service for local businesses. The restoration technicians follow IICRC protocols, working to clean up the damage and restore the property so it is safe to use again. The company also does commercial carpet and hard-surface cleaning and offers maintenance plans.

The company is locally owned and started as a family operation in 1990s-era cleaning work, growing into restoration over time. It runs 24/7 emergency response, so a call after hours still gets a crew dispatched. Non-emergency jobs are scheduled with a restoration specialist who assesses the damage and plans the work with the customer. The office and warehouse are at 325 Mount Carmel Road in Asheville.
