Triad Therapy

Triad Therapy provides outpatient therapy, diagnostic assessments and enhanced community mental health services. Its featured offerings include comprehensive clinical assessments, intensive in-home team interventions for children, adolescents and adults, medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorders, and peer support services led by peer specialists with lived experience.

The practice serves Forsyth, Randolph and Surry counties. Its Asheboro office is at 350 N. Cox St. and it also has a Winston-Salem office. Medicaid, Medicare and several health plans are accepted, including HealthyBlue, AmeriHealth, WellCare and UnitedHealthCare. In-home services are offered in Randolph and Surry counties.
