Spice & Grain

Spice & Grain is a family-owned neighborhood market in Ashburnham that sells bulk dry goods, refillable household soaps, pastured meats and produce-focused groceries from the region. It also runs a coffee bar with cold brew, nitro cold brew, teas and kombucha on tap, including a self-serve hot kegerator coffee setup. Vegan and gluten-free options are available, and the owner says the store is happy to work around dietary needs and preferences.

The market is inside the historic church building at 84 Main Street operated by New Dawn Arts Center. Parking is available from the Main Street entrance or the Chapel Street lot, and visitors enter through the front Main Street red double doors and go left past the lobby. There are several seating areas and free Wi-Fi for anyone who wants to stay awhile with a coffee.
