The Shop Gym

The Shop Gym is a strength-focused gym built around powerlifting, bodybuilding, Olympic weightlifting and strongman training. The floor includes a strongman strip, competition-grade platforms, monolifts, power racks, plate-loaded machines and dumbbells from 5 to 150-plus pounds, plus cardio machines and a turf area for strength and conditioning. Personal training is offered for bodybuilding, fitness, powerlifting and strongman.

Memberships run month to month with no contract and no cancellation fees, and a one-time day pass costs $20. The gym is open around the clock every day of the year, with staff on hand during set daytime hours on weekdays and weekends. This Ashburn location is in Ashburn Farm Village Center on Parkhurst Plaza, and the company also runs gyms in Manassas, Virginia and Mesa, Arizona.
