Carisbrooke

Carisbrooke Homeowner's Association manages the community of 88 single-family homes and 160 townhomes at the southern end of Ashburn Road in Ashburn, between Waxpool Road and Shellhorn Road. Shared amenities include tennis courts, a pool, a clubhouse, hiking and biking paths, playgrounds and a pond.

Residents can rent the clubhouse, register for pool passes and submit architectural applications for exterior changes. The board holds monthly meetings, currently virtual, and property management handles call-in details. The Ashburn Silver Line Metro station is less than a mile away.
