Sunset North Car Wash & Detail Centers

Sunset North Car Wash & Detail Centers is a locally owned hand car wash and auto detailing business that has operated since 1993. Its washes use 100% lamb's wool mitts rather than tunnel-style brushes, and the team avoids harsh chemicals inside and outside the vehicle, which the business says is gentler on paint, leather, plastics and fabrics. Services range from quick exterior washes and interior-and-exterior packages to mini details, interior germ treatment and paint protection options.

The business has full-service locations in Arroyo Grande and San Luis Obispo and a full-service and self-serve location in Paso Robles. Appointments can be booked by phone for detail work, and gift cards are sold online. The Arroyo Grande location is at Grand and Elm, and the waiting area includes complimentary coffee, according to customer reviews on the site.
