Pulcinella Wood-Fired Pizza

Pulcinella Wood-Fired Pizza & Catering makes Neapolitan-style pizza in a wood-fired oven. The dough uses flour imported from Italy, and the pies are topped with fresh mozzarella, organic basil and authentic tomato sauce. Owner Kym Lamison trained under the original owner and bought the business in early 2016, keeping the recipes and cooking methods she describes as passed down through generations.

The business also brings its oven to customers' events, setting it up at parties, weddings and other gatherings so guests can watch their pizza cook. Bookings are made by phone. The business is based on Valley Road in Arroyo Grande.
