Blast 825 Brewery

Blast 825 Brewery brews its own beer on the Central Coast, with a rotating lineup of seasonal specialties alongside year-round staples. The IPA is hoppy and citrusy, built on Cascade, Citra and Chinook hops. The full-service bar is known for signature cocktails and a self-pour wall of more than two dozen seasonal craft beers from local and national breweries, while the kitchen serves hand-pressed burgers such as the Cowboy Burger, topped with smoky BBQ sauce and onion rings.

The Arroyo Grande brewery sits on East Grand Avenue and is one of two locations, the other in Orcutt. Both host live shows, and online ordering is available. The brewing approach emphasizes sustainability and locally sourced beer, and each location keeps its own menu.
