The company says it has run its store as a family business for over ten years and that its employees have more than 100 years of combined floor covering experience. Custom-ordered wool and other carpet styles are sold direct from manufacturers, and hardwood refinishing, custom binding and professional installation are also offered.

Free in-home estimates can be booked online, and shop-at-home appointments are available in the St. Louis area. The Arnold store is at 2120 Tenbrook Rd, and the company also has a Brentwood location. Most flooring is in stock for quick installation, and the store offers measuring, product delivery and financing.
