BACQYARD

BACQYARD is an online landscape design service that pairs homeowners with a designer to plan backyards, front yards and side yards. Designs come as photorealistic 3D renderings of the actual yard, along with planting plans, hand-selected plants and materials, and contractor-ready CAD drawings and material specifications that a builder can work from. Packages range from a Mini design for yards up to 500 square feet to a Luxe package covering the exterior home and the full property, and there is also hourly designer time for smaller questions.

The process runs in three steps: you share photos of your property and your style, then work one-on-one with your designer through revisions, and finally receive a build-ready packet. Pricing is flat-fee and listed per package, and the company says it works with clients nationwide. Packages are sold online with secure checkout, and the business is based in Arlington, Virginia.
