Woolly Yak Ranch

Woolly Yak Ranch & Winery is a small winery on a working farm in Hamilton County, with modern craft wines, wine and charcuterie tastings, and a food truck on weekends. Visitors can walk through the pecan and walnut orchards, relax by a one-acre pond, and let children play in a nature play area with tree stumps, logs and wood to jump over.

The ranch is open Wednesday through Sunday, with later hours on Friday and Saturday. The farm grazes yaks and Babydoll sheep in its pecan orchard and also keeps Kunekune pigs, and the owners offer farm and animal experiences, live music and artisan markets on weekends. Staff note that they may not always answer calls, so leaving a message or sending an email is the reliable way to reach them. The property is at 3124 E. 266th St. in Arcadia.
