Wood & Wire, Inc.

Wood & Wire is a remodeling company that pairs high-end residential work with smart home technology. Its specialties are home additions, custom luxury kitchens, open-concept living spaces, and smart home integration covering lighting, climate control, automated shades, whole-home audio and video, security, and networking.

The company is female-owned and operated, and its owner, Samantha K. Blaine, is a licensed general contractor who oversees projects directly from consultation through final walkthrough. Wood & Wire can handle design, construction, and technology under one contract, so clients do not need to manage several contractors. The office and shop are on Hickory Farm Lane in Appleton, and the company is fully licensed and insured.
