Rye Restaurant

RYE is a chef-driven restaurant serving lunch and dinner in a stylish, urban rustic dining room. Chef Nick Morse leads the kitchen, and the menu changes often to showcase seasonal products. Everything is made from scratch in-house, from the dressings to the ice cream, with vegetables and fruit sourced locally as much as possible.

Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by phone or online. The drink list includes eight draft beers, seasonal craft cocktails made with homemade simple syrups, and a selection of more than 30 whiskeys and bourbons. RYE is in downtown Appleton at 308 W College Ave, next to the CopperLeaf Boutique Hotel, with a public city parking ramp behind the building. Group meeting and dining spaces are also available.
