Premier Fitness of Appleton

Premier Fitness of Appleton is a strength-focused gym with plate-loaded and selectorized machines, half racks, cages, platforms, turf, and a wide cardio lineup that includes treadmills, ellipticals, rowers and spin bikes. The gym also has heavy bags and open floor space for athletes doing sled work and tire flips.

The gym is open 24/7, including holidays, and members can stop by or text to ask questions and schedule an orientation on the equipment. It is locally owned and operated and limits memberships so it stays uncrowded. Private showers and changing rooms are available, and the owners recently expanded the facility and added infrared saunas and a Proteus system. Protein shakes made to order and fresh wraps are sold on site. SilverSneakers is not offered.
