Ob Brau Haus

Ob Brau Haus is a German restaurant in Appleton built around its house beers. The Old Bavarian Brew Company beers are brewed under a Master Brewer at Fox River Brewing Company with imported German barley and hops, and the lineup includes a Hefe Weizen, a Munich lager, a Pilsner, an Oktoberfest, a Klosterbock, a Doppelbock and a Sticke Altbier. A beer and wine menu rounds out the drinks.

Dinner reservations can be booked online, and the dining room serves evenings Tuesday through Saturday. The Club keeps later hours Thursday through Saturday and has a VIP section that guests can book. Reservations are treated as confirmed, and the restaurant follows up by email if it cannot seat a party, including large groups.
