Ellinor

Ellinor is an upscale, casual restaurant built around a wood-fired oven at the center of its open kitchen. Courses start at the oven, and the menu includes wood-fired pizzas, a brisket Wood Burger, a prime ribeye, roasted cauliflower with Marcona almonds, and Oysters. Pumpkin Custard and roasted pear desserts round out the meal, along with house ice cream.

The kitchen works with local farmers and producers for much of its ingredients. Reservations are taken, and private events and gift cards are available. Evening hours run Wednesday through Saturday, with later closing on Friday and Saturday. Ellinor is at 1016 E Pacific St in Appleton.
