Commodore Club & Cafe

Commodore Club & Cafe is a café by day and cocktail bar by night, serving coffee and breakfast and lunch sandwiches in the morning, then switching to creative cocktails in the evening. The café menu is short, with a breakfast sandwich, a lunch sandwich, a couple of salads, a bread and butter board, a hummus and crudité plate and bakery items. The drinks list changes every few months, and the bar also offers a non-alcoholic menu built around flavor rather than caffeine or booze.

The café opens at 7 AM most days and stays open through the afternoon, so it works for a morning coffee or a long laptop session, and the bar takes over on Wednesday through Saturday evenings. Coffee orders are kept simple, with non-dairy milk and some rotating specials. The space is at 231 E College Ave in Appleton.
