Professional Restoration Services

Professional Restoration Services is a disaster restoration company that handles water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold removal, storm and wind damage, and board-up work for homes and businesses. Founded in 2010 by owners Kevin and Amie Reinert, who previously built homes in the Triangle, the company also has an in-house repair team of general contractors who provide quotes for rebuilding after a mitigation job.

The company runs a 24/7 emergency line and says it works with all insurance companies. Homeowners can choose any restoration company they want, and PRS will assess the damage and advise on next steps. The headquarters is on Schieffelin Road in Apex, and the service area includes Cary, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Raleigh and nearby towns.
