Loyd Builders

Loyd Builders is a custom home builder and community developer working across the Research Triangle area of North Carolina. The company builds luxury residences on a client's own lot or within its own neighborhoods, including Shadow Creek Estates in North Raleigh, Highthorn in northeast Chatham County, Revere in Raleigh, and Oldfourth in Durham's Hope Valley. Clients often mention the attention to detail and the way the team handles interior selections.

Projects start with a planning conversation and move forward step by step, and owners can follow progress through an app during construction. Loyd Builders describes its work as covering the details from design through move-in and after. The office is at 2501 Reliance Avenue in Apex, and the company serves homeowners throughout the Research Triangle.
