Trillium Yoga

Trillium Yoga is a yoga studio with classes for all levels, including Foundations and Gentle classes, plus aerial yoga. The studio also offers private classes for individuals or groups, and workshops and events are listed on its site.

Trillium Yoga has two locations, one in Antioch and one in Grayslake. Drop-in classes are available, along with class packs and monthly unlimited memberships, including an autopay option. Packages expire one year from purchase and unlimited packages cannot be shared. Aerial classes, events and workshops require 12 hours notice to cancel. Children ages 8 and up may attend Foundations or Gentle classes when accompanied by an adult.
