Newport Cove

Newport Cove is a planned community builder in Antioch, Illinois, on the Chain O' Lakes, offering coastal-style homes that are customized to each family's needs. The community includes about 15 acres of open space, native plantings and wildflowers, a private park, and miles of pathways including a lakefront walkway. Its homes have won local and national awards.

Newport Cove has a residents-only marina with slips that all have water and electricity, giving owners access to boating on the Chain O' Lakes. Home buyers can tour the model homes and meet the builder at the sales center, open Sundays from 1 to 4 p.m. or by appointment. The community is reached from Route 59 by way of Grass Lake Road and Bluff Lake Road.
