Wallace Termite and Construction

Wallace Termite and Construction is a family-owned pest control and contracting company in Antioch, operating since 1990. Its work centers on termite inspections for homes, including inspections for real estate transactions, along with treatment of termites and other wood-destroying pests. The company is also a licensed California contractor and handles construction projects that improve or update homes.

The owner, David Wallace, handles inspections and bids construction work, and the company's inspectors include longtime staff with more than 20 years each. Wallace is a member of the Pest Control Operators of California and serves Contra Costa County and nearby communities. Office hours are weekdays, and the site suggests homeowners prepare a few things before an inspection, so calling ahead is worthwhile.
