Wild Paws

Wild Paws is a dog boarding and doggy daycare center serving Des Moines and Ankeny dogs since August 2019. Services include boarding in standard kennels, private suites and luxury suites, plus daycare for a half day or a full day, with grooming scheduled through the Paw Partner app. The luxury suites include a live private camera feed, and the daycare groups are sorted by temperament and play style rather than size.

Dogs need current Rabies, Distemper, Parvo and Bordetella vaccines, and any dog over six months old must be spayed or neutered to join daycare, though unaltered dogs can still board. New customers register first, with a temperament test before a reservation is held. Pickups and drop-offs are offered every day of the year, and the business is at 7050 NE 14th St. in Ankeny.
