Kimberley Development

Kimberley Development is a family-owned home builder in the Des Moines metro that builds custom homes and sells move-in ready homes in a range of styles. The company has been building in the area since 1978, when Bill Kimberley set out to build homes that met the needs of local families. Its builds are aimed at buyers who want a say in the building site, layout, finishes and the main living area.

The company works with buyers from the planning stage through selections, walk-throughs and move-in. Its quotes come with a pricing guarantee, and the office and design center are both on North Ankeny Boulevard in Ankeny. Homes are offered in several area school districts, and the office keeps weekday business hours.
