Frutta Bowls

Frutta Bowls is a plant-based fast-casual spot known for customizable acai and superfruit bowls and smoothies, along with toasts, protein bites and coffee drinks. Bowls can be built from a set of bases and toppings, and the menu includes optional boosts like collagen, energy or probiotic and whey or plant protein add-ins.

Orders can be placed for pickup or delivery through the company's online ordering, and the app offers rewards with a free smoothie after a first purchase. The shop also handles catering with build-your-own platters and smoothie bars, and sells gift cards. The Ankeny location is on North Ankeny Boulevard, and the business is locally owned.
