Flavory Bistro

Flavory Bistro serves from-scratch Mediterranean food, and its paella is the dish the website calls its home specialty. The menu runs from brunch scrambles and paninis to gyros, grain bowls, pasta, and a shareable Mediterranean platter, with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options throughout. Chef Lisa leads the kitchen, and the bistro has bread baked in-house, including a gluten-free version.

The restaurant offers dine-in and carry-out, and it is open Tuesday through Saturday, closed Sundays and Mondays. Brunch is on the menu alongside lunch and dinner, and the bar carries California and Mediterranean wines plus beer. Seafood paella is available with pre-order. The bistro is in The District at Prairie Trail on Southwest Vintage Parkway in Ankeny.
