Ankeny Golf

Ankeny Golf & Country Club is a private club that has been part of Ankeny since 1962. Its main draws are a 9-hole golf course, private pools, and a dining room and lounge in a clubhouse overlooking the course. The course has been recognized as award winning, and the club hosts a busy social calendar of events throughout the year.

Membership is required to use the course and pools. The clubhouse also hosts banquets and weddings, and the club offers a junior golf program and a pro shop with a dress code. The club sits on the west side of Ankeny among houses and wooded areas, and the general manager handles inquiries by email.
