American Standard®

American Standard makes home heating, cooling and indoor air quality equipment, including central systems, packaged units, air cleaners and smart thermostats. It also offers commercial systems. Its products are sold and installed through independent dealers, so the local business you hire for a job is the dealer rather than the manufacturer.

Customer care representatives take calls on weekdays about products, warranties and dealer concerns, and warranties can be registered online. Dealers answer questions about energy efficiency and help with repairs and system choices. Maintenance twice a year through a local dealer is recommended, and it is required for certain warranties. Rebates and financing may be available in some areas, subject to credit approval.
